Spacious room with separate living area, comfortable bed, nice amenities, outstanding staff, great complementary breakfast.

Nothing not to love.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Oklahoma City for a business trip and had a great experience. the hotel was conveniently located near the highway, making it easy for me to get around the city. There were also plenty of restaurants and a Starbucks nearby, which was convenient for grabbing a quick bite to eat or a cup of coffee. the room itself was very comfortable and clean, with a spacious bed that provided a great night's sleep. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

There was one issue that I encountered during my stay. the air conditioning unit in the room was broken, and I wasn't able to adjust the temperature or turn it off.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites in Oklahoma City and it was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like an old friend. The lobby and hotel were spotless, and even though there was a sign stating "No pets," they happily accommodated my dog without any extra fees. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a large sitting area and a kitchenette. The amenities, including the large flat screen TV and premium toiletries, exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. I also enjoyed using the pool and laundry room, which were both well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Oklahoma City, as it offers a pleasant experience at a great value.

The hotel is perfect in all areas, with convenient interstate access, rooms with a foldout couch and fridge, and a great breakfast included in the rate. The value for money is unbeatable, especially given the attention to detail and friendly staff. It's also located very close to the FAA academy and a trade show we were attending.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff at Springhill Suites. They greeted me with a smile and even informed me about the happy hour happening at the hotel. It was such a treat to enjoy free beer, wine, and egg rolls after a long 9-hour drive. The hotel itself was spotless and had everything I needed as a weary traveler, including laundry facilities. I appreciated that they were pet-friendly and the room had a separate seating area, providing extra space to relax. Despite being next to the highway, the room was surprisingly quiet and the traffic noise didn't bother me at all.

The night staff was quite unhelpful and took a long time to assist me with my room key issue. It was frustrating after a long drive.

Our recent stay in the north part of the city was fairly decent. The location was convenient for those looking for a commercial area near the airport. Our room was clean and had a mini-kitchen, as well as a comfortable bed. The breakfast was satisfying and well-maintained. The staff was cordial and the facilities offered some perks.

The pet fee was significantly higher compared to other places we have stayed.

No negatives, everything was great.

I recently stayed at a hotel with a nice property and a good location. As a Platinum Elite Member, I always choose Marriott properties. The hotel was very clean and up to date. It was conveniently located just off I-40 with plenty of nearby restaurants and a Walmart. I was pleasantly surprised that they offered not only the usual Springhill breakfast but also evening food, which is not common at other hotels.

I did encounter a few issues during my stay that were not resolved. One morning, I didn't receive my wake-up call and ended up being late for a meeting.
