We stayed at a lovely hotel in Rome. the room was nice and large, the bed very comfortable, and the lounge was cozy. the staff were attentive and helpful, checking us in early and speaking good English. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and dinner was excellent. the location was good, with easy access to local transport and attractions. There were also convenient shops and a fantastic gelato store within walking distance. the hotel was clean and maintained well, and the WiFi was excellent throughout.

We experienced a couple of drawbacks. the staff at the hotel had limited knowledge of local bus services, and were pushing for taxi services instead.

We loved staying at this hotel. It was a bit far from the center of Rome, but that's exactly what we wanted. It was located in a regional suburb away from the sightseeing hub, giving us a peaceful environment to relax in. The service here was top-notch, from the room service to the friendly staff at the reception. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were so cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We also enjoyed the fantastic breakfast spread offered in the morning.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop and the Trastevere train station, making it easy to explore the city. Despite being in a shady neighborhood, we felt safe during our 25-minute walk to the closest metro station. Our room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were polite and helpful, providing us with detailed maps and recommendations for local restaurants. The breakfast had a decent variety of options, although as vegetarians, we would have liked more choices. The hotel also had a rooftop pool and jacuzzi, which were great for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

The in-room jacuzzi had some issues with cleanliness, but the staff was not very responsive in addressing the problem.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at H10 Roma Citta. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great guidance for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the AC kept us cool during the hot days. We also enjoyed the breakfast and had a relaxing time at the pool. we would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Rome.

This made it easy for us to explore the city and its attractions by foot, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The location was great as we wanted to stay outside of the city but not too far out. It was easy to access popular attractions like the Vatican and Colosseum. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful when we needed them. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the area and had lots of top tips and recommendations. We especially enjoyed the spa and wellness center, as well as the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay in this hotel. the complimentary breakfast was amazing and offered a great variety of delicious options. the location was perfect, just a short distance from public transportation which made it easy to explore the nearby attractions. the nearby restaurants and shops were a great bonus and provided an enjoyable experience.

Though our stay was great, we did experience some issues with the noise level. the walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors quite clearly, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest at times.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and we loved that the bed sheets and towels were replaced daily. the room had a kettle with a variety of teas, instant coffee, and cappuccino. the location was perfect, with easy access to buses that took us everywhere we needed to go, as well as the best bars, shops, and restaurants. the staff was professional and kind, and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool on the roof during the spring and summer, as well as the bar and terrace outside. the hotel also had a gym and a spa, which were great additions. the Wi-Fi worked well in the executive and superior rooms. we highly recommend this hotel for its amenities and excellent service.
