stayed at this 'fabulous' hotel and found ladybugs everywhere—how charming. the hot water didn't work, which is just lovely after a long drive, and the ice machine had black stuff. i almost gave a good review, but the staff didn't even offer me a complimentary gesture for my troubles. truly disappointed.

The parking layout is utterly confusing!!! Poor signage makes it hard to find the hotel!!! The ventilation in the rooms could definitely use improvement!!! The gym equipment was disappointingly out of service!!! Security at night is questionable!!!

I was in a really tough spot during my stay, dealing with my father's illness, and Matt at the front desk offered us a bereavement rate that really helped lighten the load. The staff were understanding, even calling our room to let us know they updated our reservation for an extra night when the system was down, making a difficult time a bit easier to handle.
