we had a fantastic time at Pendry West Hollywood. the location on sunset boulevard was great with lots of bars and restaurants close by. our room was beautifully decorated with a big bathroom and comfy beds. we loved the rooftop pool and restaurants, a truly wonderful stay.

The location on Sunset Boulevard was mind-blowing, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and shops. the design-forward atmosphere was super chic and not at all pretentious, making everything feel new and clean. the rooftop pool, bar, and restaurant had jaw-dropping views, and the staff were incredibly gracious, going ABOVE AND BEYOND with early check-in and late check-out. They catered to all our requirements, from breakfast to dietary needs, with no fuss at all. the spacious room and comfortable bed added to the luxury experience, and the complementary treats for our special occasions were a nice touch. the valet service may have been pricy, but it was worth it for the brilliant service. Highly recommended for a stylish and memorable stay!

I really liked the place as it had a bar, fitness center and good food. the room had a TV and a shower and the place was not far from Melrose Avenue. Some noise from other rooms was bothering though. They should consider getting more staff for busy areas. the minibar prices were ridiculous, and not being able to open windows was a letdown. But the design was great, and the staff was kind. Incredible Views: Sitting by the rooftop pool felt like being on a movie set, with LAs finest strutting around like extras in a Hollywood blockbuster. the stunning views made me feel like a VIP, sipping on cocktails and soaking in the atmosphere.

Table Reservation: My solo dinner at the hotel restaurant had a hiccup when I was kept waiting for my table past my reserved time.

The rooms were great and I particularly enjoyed the view from the top floor. the location was also key as it was close to nice bars and a comedy club. the staff was friendly and accommodating, as they left a nice message and cake for us on our anniversary.

The restaurant and rooftop pool were not limited to hotel guests. This meant that there were a lot of people and we did not have the chance to use the pool.

We absolutely loved the vibrant location, surrounded by an array of bars, restaurants, and shops. The beautifully decorated rooms with spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds were a delight. The pool was great, and the restaurants offered delicious food. As young people, we couldn't have asked for more! Highly recommended.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities and fulfills exclusive needs. the Spa & wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool are exceptional. the beauty treatment and full body massage services are extraordinary, and the sun terrace offers stunning views.

The room equipment, including the AC and shower, wasn't perfect and led to minor problems. Despite the staff's call, landscaping noise could be heard in the morning, disturbing the peacefulness.

Located on a hill in a great part of town, this hotel in West Hollywood offers a stunning design and 10/10 facilities. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with luxuriously comfortable beds and linens. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooftop bar and pool are perfect for unwinding after a long day. The gym is spacious and well-equipped. The hotel even surprised us with a birthday cake in the room, adding a special touch to our stay.

One minor drawback is that the staff at the lobby desk sometimes fails to acknowledge guests when they walk past, although they are busy working.

The rooftop pool at Pendry West Hollywood is absolutely stunning. I spent the entire day there, enjoying the sun, sipping on delicious cocktails, and taking in the amazing views of the city. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the Hollywood vibes. I highly recommend it.

Although there were some minor issues with the room equipment during my stay, including a broken AC, the staff at Pendry West Hollywood addressed them promptly after I brought it to their attention. They were attentive and made sure I was comfortable.
