The views from the room were stunning, especially in the evenings when I could relax and watch the city lights. the food at the hotel's restaurant was top-notch and I thoroughly enjoyed the meals I had there. the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. Parking was convenient, with a garage elevator that went straight to the room floors.

The hotel had ongoing construction during my stay, which caused some disruption and noise. It would have been nice if there were more lunchtime refreshment options available, instead of just prepackaged sandwiches and drinks.

Our stay at Courtyard was amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the stunning view from our room. Watching sailboats, seaplanes, and people on the lake path was a delight. The hotel room was clean, stylish and comfortable. The large TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime options was a bonus. Public transportation and great restaurants are nearby, making it a convenient location. The staff, especially Jake, were friendly and helpful. This will be my go-to hotel in the future!

Great location near the lake with view of Space Needle from room. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Hotel offers SUV transport to airport for flat fee, cheaper than cab. Would definitely return.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Firstly, the cleanliness was top-notch, with the hotel looking nice and fresh due to ongoing renovations. The staff were also a standout, being both friendly and efficient, and they had extensive knowledge about the local area. My room was comfortable and easily accessible, and I greatly appreciated the secure underground garage parking. Additionally, the location was perfect for me, as it was in a good area close to downtown and great restaurants in the South Lake Union neighborhood.

The value for the money was excellent, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's location by Lake Union was ideal. The staff, especially Raoul and Stephanie, were polite, helpful, and accommodating.

The breakfast experience could be improved, as there was a wait to get into the Bistro and it was not worth the money.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, and we were lucky to get a room facing the lake. The view was absolutely stunning! We could see the sailboats and seaplanes on the water, and watch walkers and joggers on the lake path. The location was perfect, as we could easily walk to downtown, Pike Place, and Capitol Hill. It saved us the hassle of finding parking or relying on transportation. Additionally, the staff member, Jake, was very helpful in accommodating us. The room itself was stylish and the beds were comfortable. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom sink area.

We booked a year in advance for a concert in Seattle and called to confirm a few days before. Although our room wasn't ready at check-in, the staff was accommodating and gave us a refund for the night. The hotel location was perfect for our needs, with beautiful views of the lake. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the recent renovation made it feel fresh. We also enjoyed the great food at the restaurant. we had a pleasant stay at Courtyard Seattle Downtown/Lake Union and would recommend it.

The views from our room were amazing and the room itself was comfortable and well organized. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to downtown Seattle with easy transportation options. The fitness center had a good variety of equipment. we had a lot of fun and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean, with up-to-date facilities and a pleasing color scheme. We enjoyed the beautiful views near the waterfront of Lake Union, and the location is within walking distance to most places. Additionally, we found it convenient to have the best pilates studio on the planet, Seattle Pilates International, just a short walk away at 501 Dexter Avenue North. The staff at the hotel was friendly and accommodating.

the location was perfect as it was only a short 5 to 10-minute walk away from all the popular sightseeing spots. Plus, being right on the lake added a wonderful touch to the whole experience. Secondly, the staff were fantastic and gave great attention to detail. Timothy at the front desk was especially helpful and even provided excellent recommendations for places to eat. Lastly, the rooms on the upper floors had views of the port and the surrounding trees, which made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Oh, and did I mention that breakfast was included? Such a great value for money!
