The rooms at The Appy Lodge were exceptionally clean and spacious. The comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops and a trolley stop nearby. The indoor and outdoor pools were both impressive and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We recently had a pleasant stay over Christmas at a hotel in Gatlinburg. the lobby was beautifully decorated for the holiday season, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. Our room had a Jacuzzi tub, which was a fantastic addition to our stay. Everything was clean and the amenities were always stocked. the hotel's location was convenient, with a trolley stop in the parking lot and a fun mini golf course right next door.

Despite the overall positive experience, there were a couple of drawbacks. the laundry facilities were located on a different floor and had only one washer and dryer.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Appy Lodge! The rustic yet modern atmosphere made me feel right at home. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable stay. The highlight of my trip was indulging in the delicious hot apple cider and chocolate chip cookies every afternoon - what a treat! I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, everything was spotless. Although the bed could have been a bit better and less squeaky, it was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall amazing experience. I would definitely stay at the Appy Lodge again and highly recommend it to others.

The front desk attendant Alan/Allen was friendly, inviting, and engaging. The room was extremely clean, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. There were ample wall outlets, USB charging ports, and amenities like soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in the bathroom. The hotel also provided coffee, cups, ice bucket, and a microwave. The WiFi worked well, and there was even a fireplace in the room.

Nothing, everything was great.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the festive fire pits that were available for guests to enjoy. the overall appearance of the hotel was impressive, with a clean and bright atmosphere that made us feel welcomed. the staff was helpful and friendly, and the trolley pickup service was extremely convenient for exploring the area.

On the downside, we were disappointed with the breakfast selection, which could have been more robust and offered hot options. Additionally, the beds were just average in terms of comfort, which could have been improved for a more relaxing stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel had a great location, close to all the action but tucked away from the main strip. It was also very charming and had a unique look, not like those boring cookie cutter hotels. the front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming, and they gave us great information about the area, including where to find car parts and repair services.

The outdoor pool was a disappointment. It was way too small for adults without kids.

The indoor pool was so much fun - my kids loved it! Even when it was chilly, we enjoyed swimming thanks to the warm water. The location was great too, close to all the attractions. Overall I had a great time at this hotel.

My family and I had an amazing stay at the Appy Lodge in Gatlinburg! The newly remodeled hotel was clean and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We were impressed by the gorgeous mountain-style décor both inside and outside the lodge. The convenience of the trolley from the parking lot was a big plus, and we loved relaxing by the pool and fire pit areas. The free breakfast was delicious, and the photos and information about the Appalachian Trail throughout the lodge added a special touch. Can't wait to plan our next trip!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. The hotel facilities, including the water slide at the pool, were a hit with my kids. The cleanliness of the property, from the rooms to the bedding and bathrooms, was exceptional. The location was perfect - close enough to downtown for dining and activities, but just outside the busier area, allowing for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious free breakfast and had convenient parking options.
