The Lenox Reviews
We always stay at the Lenox when we're in town and this stay did not disappoint. The staff is super friendly and prompt, always going above and beyond. The concierge service is exceptional, helping us secure hard-to-get reservations. The location is perfect, close to everything and easy to get around. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are quiet with great views. The extra touches like chocolates on the pillows and complimentary snacks make it feel like a home away from home. We would love to stay here again!
Totally recommend this hotel.
Excellent location, friendly staff, big room, good bars, ideal for walking and shopping.
Nothing is perfect.
Our family had an amazing stay in a beautiful hotel located in a lively Boston neighborhood. The location was just perfect - steps away from Newbury Street, filled with high-end shops and restaurants. We enjoyed a spacious room with a stunning view from the balcony. The bathroom was sparkling clean and stocked with luxurious amenities. The staff were friendly and provided exceptional service, including a tasty breakfast delivered straight to our door. The facilities were top-notch and we appreciated the unique touches such as complimentary bottled water and turn-down service with chocolates.
We found the air conditioning system to be a bit inconvenient to use, which made regulating the temperature a bit of a challenge at times.
Arriving at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were upgraded to a spacious room with a beautiful view. The staff was accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome. Additionally, the hotel's location couldn't be better - it was conveniently located near all the attractions and had easy access to public transportation.
Our experience at the hotel was marred by the high price we had to pay. It felt like we were paying a premium just for the location and the name of the hotel. While the room was comfortable, we expected more for the price we paid. We were also disappointed by the lack of complimentary amenities, such as breakfast or Wi-Fi, which are usually included in hotels of this caliber. we felt that the cost outweighed the benefits.
Our stay at the luxurious hotel was unforgettable. The location was perfect for exploring the city with ease. The ambience was exquisite, and the room was spacious with a lovely view. Even though we called several times, the phone in the room didn't work, but it was a minor issue.
Great location, near top restaurants. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Staff was superb, friendly, polite, and attentive. Pet-friendly policy was a plus. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner at hotel restaurant.
I had an amazing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me enthusiastically and took care of my luggage. The front desk attendant, Hillary, was professional and friendly, providing me with all the necessary information about the hotel amenities. I was delighted to learn that room service is available 24 hours a day, perfect for someone like me who travels across time zones. The hotel room itself was beautifully appointed, with a stunning view and complimentary bottled water that was replenished daily. A personalized handwritten note and a box of chocolates welcomed me, making me feel truly pampered. The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the heart of the city and close to the green line transportation. Plus, the late-night menu was a great added bonus. my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely return.
Nothing, everything was excellent.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and right by the train station. The staff were fantastic, always making sure we had everything we needed and providing great service. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities we could need.
Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
Everything excellent, welcoming staff, lovely room, great food, perfect location, clean room, convenient car rental, early check-in.
Nothing all good.
Gorgeous decor, opulent lobby and rooms with awesome views. Bath products include loofa. Outstanding service, staff remembered our preferences. Complimentary creme brulee cookies and Lindor chocolates at turn down. Great location near shopping and dining options.
This hotel has an amazing location at the centre of Back Bay which is perfect for visiting Boston's attractions. The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and courteous, especially the front desk staff, concierge and doorman. The rooms are comfortable with Lindt chocolates and a real wood-burning fireplace that gives a wonderful view of Phili's skyline.
No negative aspects. All in all, this hotel was a great stay.
We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was conveniently close to everything the city has to offer. Being at the center of Back Bay was perfect, as it allowed us easy access to all the attractions. Plus, the hotel was just steps away from the train, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel was located in an area that made it easy for us to walk to the sites we wanted to see. It couldn't have been more convenient.
During our stay at the Lenox Hotel, my daughter and I were pleasantly surprised with a warm and personalized welcome. It was my daughter's birthday and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it special. We were greeted with birthday wishes and a delightful surprise in our room - Lindt chocolates and a bottle of PROSECCO, one of our favorites. The location of the hotel was great, the room was nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel I stayed at during my business trip had good complementary breakfast and an airport shuttle service. Its location was convenient, being in close proximity to shops and restaurants, and only a few minutes away from my workplace. The staff was polite and welcoming.
What ruined my experience was the overpowering fragrance in the lobby. It was so strong that it made me feel uncomfortable and gave me a headache. When I raised my concerns to the staff, they didn't take it seriously and simply brushed off my complaints. I understand some people may enjoy the scent, but for those with fragrance allergies or sensitivities, it's a nightmare. I wouldn't consider staying here again due to this issue.
