During my Christmas stay, I loved the variety of hot breakfast items available at the hotel. It was a great way to start my day with delicious eggs, biscuits with gravy, and other cold food options. Additionally, the friendly staff, Caleb and Ashley, in the breakfast area made me feel welcome and ensured that I had everything I needed for a pleasant morning.

The only downside of my stay was the higher-than-expected pet fee for one night. This was a bit of a disappointment, as I had anticipated a more affordable rate.

We recently stayed at Fairfield Inn for 3 nights during our family vacation. The customer service was outstanding! The staff was friendly, attentive, and addressed all our questions with a smile. The hotel's location was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Our 7-year-old especially enjoyed the indoor pool, and the breakfast provided plenty of options. The coffee bar area was a huge plus for us. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The front desk people were incredibly nice and welcoming. The staff here is truly one of the best in the city. They were professional and made us feel valued from the moment we walked in. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was just off the beaten track, tucked in a wooded area, which made it a peaceful and quiet stay. We also loved the fact that it was conveniently located near the fitness center in the greater Greensboro area, as well as being close to the mall and the venue for our daughter's cheer competition. The breakfast provided was great, and the swimming pool was an added bonus.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! I loved how affordable it was for the quality we got. Our room with a king size bed was spacious and came with a microwave and fridge which made our stay so comfortable. Breakfast included many options, and we loved the make your own waffles. The location is perfect for soccer families as it's near the soccer fields.

We had an exceptional experience at this venue! The location was perfect with shops and grocery stores nearby and it was also close to soccer fields. The service for dry cleaning and wedding services was great. We really appreciated the wake-up service and the amenities like the in-room safe, ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The staff provided great service and were very attentive. The indoor swimming pool and fitness studio were a great way to unwind after a long day.

As someone with physical handicaps, I was delighted by the accommodations at the hotel. The staff member at check-in and check-out was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, from the lobby to the rooms. The linens and bathroom were pristine, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The stay was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a restful experience. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the staff's attention to detail when I mentioned my son's 7th birthday in the special requests. They went above and beyond to make him feel special, providing a gift, snacks, a balloon, and a card. the staff was excellent and the continental breakfast was hot and offered a good variety, including hot oatmeal with various toppings and different fruit choices. The WiFi was reliable, making it easy to stay connected. I also want to give a special shoutout to Ms. Kim, who made our stay even more enjoyable.
