The best part was Nancy's exceptional service. Room was clean and well-designed. Private deck with ocean view. Warm and inviting lobby with ample seating. Good coffee and fair breakfast assortment. Manager was accommodating during snowstorm.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was upgraded to the penthouse on my first visit to Majestic. The outdoor balcony had beautiful views of the ocean and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. Despite the stairs, the widows walk was a serene spot to enjoy the scenery. I would recommend Majestic for its historical charm and great hospitality.

I had a great time at the hotel for a quick weekend away. The room was small but clean and nice. The manager was friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent. The breakfast was delicious with fresh bagels, fruit, and a tasty apple danish. Looking forward to coming back!

Disliked the lack of customer service upon arrival, no one at the reception and had to call for check-in. Room on third floor with no elevator, not suitable for disabled guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was incredible - steps away from the boardwalk and beach. We enjoyed walking the boardwalk to Asbury Park to attend the Light of Day concerts. The hotel's proximity to everything we needed made it so convenient. The staff at the hotel were helpful and courteous, providing us with information about transportation and local parking rules. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the private kitchenette in our spacious room.

Had a great Christmas stay! Love the complimentary breakfast that was offered in the mornings and the fact that they also provided beach towels. the location was perfect since we were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants nearby. the view from the room was stunning with the ocean right outside our window.

Street parking was difficult to find and limited. the bed was a little too firm for my liking but that's just personal preference.

As longer term business travellers, we loved the great location just a block from the beach. The air conditioning was perfect for those hot summer nights. Our room was conveniently located next to the balcony on the second floor. The kitchenette and ample outlets were a big plus, and the mini fridge stocked with bottles of water was a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was clean with amazing water pressure, and the towels were fresh. Free parking right in front made it hassle-free, unlike nearby Asbury Park. The complimentary continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with delicious bagels and an irresistible bowl of fresh berries. The staff were friendly and provided helpful information on local taxis and parking rules.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel by the sea. The location was perfect, being so close to the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff was kind and helpful throughout my stay. The room was small but clean and nicely decorated, equipped with small appliances like a tea/coffee maker and a small fridge. It had everything I needed for a one-night stay.

The hotel's location is amazing, right next to the beach and within walking distance of nice restaurants. However, the room needs improvement. I could barely sleep on the high and firm pillows. The continental breakfast options were just decent but expected more for the price. Additionally, the AC unit was really loud and added extra noise at nights.

The room was perfect for two people with a clean, new-looking bathroom. Private deck, unfortunately too cold to enjoy. Cozy lobby with plenty of seating. Good continental breakfast with excellent coffee.

Staying here was an incredibly luxurious experience, filled with exclusive amenities. the room we stayed in was spacious and tastefully decorated with a private balcony overlooking the stunning surroundings. the breakfast was delectable with a good choice of options to choose from.

That the hot water pressure was low in the shower; however, it was just a minor issue that we could overlook.
