Great location near attractions, museums, zoo, and the canal. Comfortable couch and bed. Amazing staff helped with a crib and extra parking voucher. They even called when we forgot items. Would definitely return.

The parking garage was convenient and cost $32. The hotel was close to IU Hospital and felt safe. The manager was helpful and waived the fee for my mistaken reservation. The location was walking distance to everything. The hotel was clean, with comfortable beds and courteous staff.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn in downtown Indianapolis for a weekend getaway with my family. The staff was friendly and provided great recommendations for nearby family-friendly restaurants. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily walk to attractions like the zoo and children's museum. Though the complimentary breakfast was limited, it was a nice way to start the day. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. a great experience.

We got great value for our money at Fairfield Inn. The room was lovely, with a super comfortable king size bed and an amazing view of the canal. The location was perfect, right across from White River State Park and close to museums and Victory Field. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service and even setting up a crib for our baby.

Breakfast delights could use some improvement, as the food lacked flavor.

We encountered some issues that would make us hesitant to stay here again. While the hotel did offer some good options, some staff members fell short with communicating the room type, parking instructions, and other details, leading to misunderstandings.

I travel frequently for work and my recent stay at Fairfield was one of the best experiences. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the location is convenient to downtown. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good selection. I highly recommend Fairfield.

The room with pull-out bed and 2 TVs was great for a family of 5. The breakfast had a good variety for everyone. Early check-in option was helpful. The hotel is connected to the Convention Center through a skywalk. TGIFridays and JW Marriott restaurants are nearby.

For our recent stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites, we were in town for a stadium event and appreciated being able to walk indoors, shielded from the cold. The modern shower, complete with Paul Mitchell shampoo and body wash, was a luxurious touch. The TV in our room was surprisingly spacious for a hotel, making for a comfortable viewing experience. The friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request to be on the same floor as the rest of our party. Having the TGI Fridays restaurant conveniently connected to the hotel was an added bonus. we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be staying at Fairfield Inn next time we're in town.

Great service and friendly staff. the welcome at the front desk was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. the location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and restaurants. the room was comfortable and had a larger mini fridge which was a convenient feature.

The view from our room on the fifth floor was not great. It would have been nice to have a better view considering the price we paid.
