During my business trip stay at Indigo, I thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the hotel's lovely pool deck. It was a fantastic place to relax and soak up some sunshine, and there were plenty of comfortable seating options available. I was lucky enough to snag one of the cabanas, adding an extra touch of luxury to my poolside experience. The ambiance was truly delightful, and it was a perfect way to unwind after a long day of work.

Picture-perfect white rice in the hotel's dining spot is a game-changer for foodies. Staff's friendliness and convenient highway access add a dash of charm. The rooftop pool offers killer views of the city.

Nighttime noisy vibes tried to steal the show. Rusty shower heads and lack of Netflix nudged us toward cable nostalgia.

The customer service at this hotel was exceptional, with friendly and helpful front desk staff who went above and beyond to assist guests with any issues. the location is perfect for exploring downtown LA, within walking distance to popular attractions like the Broad Museum, MOCA, and the Walt Disney Concert Hall. the modern and cool design of the elevators added a unique touch to the hotel ambiance, making it a memorable stay. the rooms were quiet and provided a great view of the never-empty freeway, giving a true LA experience. Overall, the hotel staff made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs promptly.

One improvement for this hotel could be to enhance the efficiency of the valet service, as some guests experienced delays and mix-ups with their vehicles. it would be beneficial for the check-in system to accept NFC payments for added convenience to guests.

During my transit stay in Los Angeles, I found the convenience of Hotel Indigo - Los Angeles Downtown, An IHG Hotel to be unparalleled. Its strategic location, just 3.5 km from Wilshire/Western and 550 meters from 7th Street Center and 7th Street/Metro Center, made it incredibly easy to navigate the city. being only 25 km from Los Angeles International Airport, the hotel provided a seamless transition in my travel plans.

While my overall experience at Hotel Indigo - Los Angeles Downtown was positive, I encountered a minor issue with housekeeping during my stay. Although the staff was quick to rectify the problem, I did notice a spot of mold on one of the comforters in my room.

The hotel is situated in a great location, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and the convention centre nearby. It's also easily accessible from the highway. the rooms are spacious and come with great amenities, including fridges and plenty of storage. the staff is friendly and the lobby is grand and spacious. the gym and pool are also great features.

Some guests have reported issues with room service and room cleanliness.

Indigo offers excellent cleaning, stylish design, and a prime location. Enjoy the nice pool, fitness room, and convenience of a nearby supermarket.

A stay at this hotel was like immersing myself in a Hollywood legend's life, complete with a sprawling cityscape view that felt straight out of a movie. It epitomized West Coast glamour, just like brushing shoulders with A-listers. The expansive corner suite made me feel like the star of my own show.

Loved the spacious room with an amazing view! The staff was top-notch, always helpful and friendly. The hotel had cool interior designs and a convenient location near tons of restaurants and shops, truly made our stay enjoyable 🌟. While the room issue was quickly fixed, the pool area was a bit small and chilly to enjoy fully, but it didn't dampen our overall positive experience.

the room and common areas were clean and well-maintained. the warm lighting created a cozy atmosphere, and the amenities in the room, like the chair, couch, and table with lots of outlets. the bathroom was decadent and spacious. being able to text the concierge for assistance was a great feature. we also appreciated the accessibility of the pool, with a chair to lower people with disabilities. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from LA Live and the Los Angeles Convention Center. it was also close to the Grammy Museum and the Original Pantry Cafe. the breakfast was excellent, with tasty options to choose from.

The views from my top floor, corner room with a stunning city view were absolutely breathtaking. I was impressed with the thoughtful touches provided by the hotel, such as the unique dishes offered for every meal, and the live entertainment, billiard tables, and bowling available for leisure. The bartenders in the lobby also provided excellent customer service, making my stay enjoyable.

It took multiple calls to get extra glasses and bath towels, and the customer service from the front desk and housekeeping was extremely disappointing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The facility was physically nice, and the room was spacious and up to date. The staff was well trained and maintained a reasonable level of security at the front door. The flooring in the room was perfect and much easier to keep clean than carpet. I also loved the fact that I couldn't hear other guests. Additionally, the staff was awesome and the decor was creative but not overbearing. There were lots of great restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient to find and enjoy delicious meals.
