The staff was exceptional, allowing us to check in early and providing locked rooms. The rooms were clean, the bed fluffy like a cloud, and the oatmeal awesome. We slept great with comfortable beds, good water pressure, and nice-sized tub. Great lighting, accessible outlets, good A/C, and delicious breakfast. Manager Rose Rodriguez was wonderful, providing excellent customer service and making us feel like VIPs. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel really stood out from others I have stayed in recently. The location is incredibly convenient, as it is near a major intersection with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. I was unfamiliar with the area, but finding the hotel was easy. The staff provided excellent service and were genuinely friendly and appreciative. The rooms were clean and well-furnished, with a mini fridge and microwave for added convenience. The breakfast may not have been elaborate, but it was more than adequate and actually better than some of the other hotels I've stayed at. There were lots of delicious options, including oatmeal with plenty of toppings.

The noise level in the hotel was unbearable. Every room door seemed to slam shut loudly, and the soundproofing was non-existent.
