My room at Morgans was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. I had a delightful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We recently celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at Morgans and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, with a large original painting that added character. The staff, especially Amy and the gentleman in the restaurant, were absolutely amazing. They made us feel like valued guests, not just customers. The breakfast was delicious and generous, with a good choice of options. We also appreciated the free parking and the comfortable bar/lounge area.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room, Henry Belles, was absolutely lovely with a comfortable bed and pillows. The location was convenient, and the staff, especially Laura and the reception team, were super nice and welcoming. Rhiannon and the bar staff were also charming and made our stay enjoyable. The free parking in front of the hotel was a huge bonus.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was a quicker service.

The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, a sitting area, terrace. We appreciated the complimentary toiletries, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were perfect for relaxing and enjoying a drink. The picnic area with tables was a nice touch. The staff here really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The wooden floors in the townhouse can be creaky, causing some noise from fellow guests walking above.

The room was lovely with fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the city center and marina. Additionally, there was free parking right outside the hotel.

The room was a bit tired and could use some updating. It was disappointing that breakfast was not included in the price, especially considering that previous reviews mentioned a lovely breakfast.

I had a wonderful experience at this place! The location in the city centre was perfect as it allowed me to easily walk to all attractions in Swansea. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable sitting area and a terrace with garden furniture. I also appreciated the little extras like the sink, free toiletries, and electric kettle in the room. The hotel's dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great places to unwind and enjoy a meal or a drink. the service was top-notch and the staff really went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel's interior was beautifully designed. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
