I had a peaceful stay and got a good night's sleep. The lady who checked me in provided excellent service and was very patient. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. The location was great, near many restaurants and shopping areas.

The service at this hotel was amazing! the staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great stay. the location was ideal, with easy access to the main road and close proximity to the mall. One of the highlights was the indoor pool and the well-equipped fitness room. It was a great way to relax and stay active during my city break.

There were a few minor issues during my stay. the room I was assigned was right next to the elevator, despite my request for a room away from it.

I had a great stay at Fairfield Inn. The room was perfect and the location was convenient. The TV had a Netflix option, which was a nice touch. The front desk lady on Friday evening was friendly and welcoming.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient, and we were able to see our car from our room window. The location was perfect, as it was near many restaurants and shops, making it easy for us to explore and dine out. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, especially the girl who checked us in. She gave us helpful directions and made sure we were settled in comfortably.

The breakfast selection was solid and the location was convenient. Despite some minor drawbacks with the TV and the bed, overall I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Memphis. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience, from providing me with a warm welcome and even some delicious cookies at check-in. Secondly, the attention to detail at this hotel was truly impressive. I noticed that they had rooms with sofa beds, which would be perfect for larger groups or families. It's always great to have that extra space and comfort. Lastly, the location of this hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently located right by the Galleria, making it easy to explore the shops and restaurants in the area. All in all, I had a great stay and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

There was only one minor aspect that could have been improved. The dividing wall in the mini suite room had a large framed opening instead of a solid wall.

This hotel is in a fabulous location for those looking to be close to everything. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and even a mall just a short walk away. The staff checking in were wonderful, and the breakfast had more options than you could ever eat. The pool and hot tub were great, along with the room being clean and comfortable.

There were some noisy stayers that made it difficult to sleep at times.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made check-in a breeze. The customer service here is top-notch, some of the best I've seen in a while. The hotel was very clean, which was a big concern for me. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. The location was excellent, situated away from the main road so there was no traffic noise. Plus, it was conveniently close to the Wolfchase Mall and other shopping areas, restaurants, and stores. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing privacy and a view of the parking lot.

Great value for money! This hotel is located right by the Galleria, which makes shopping super convenient. Staff was friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities were all in place. We particularly enjoyed our room with a sofa bed for four of us, which allowed us to stretch out and relax after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was hearty and delicious, with enough variety to satisfy everyone's tastes. We appreciated the individual cereal containers and fresh fruit, just like one reviewer suggested.
