They provided excellent customer service, from giving restaurant recommendations to helping source a last-minute hairstylist. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and attractions. The view of the water, incline, and bridges at night was spectacular. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view of the river and bridges. The bathroom had great water pressure and temperature, and I loved the plant-based complimentary soaps and shampoos.

The complimentary breakfast buffet had a nice variety of food, including scrambled eggs, bacon, Turkey sausage, cheese. The bed in our room was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to the PPG arena and just a short Uber ride away. I had a pleasant stay at Fairfield and would recommend it to others.
