Great location with friendly staff

Super clean rooms and comfy beds! The location's perfect, super close to Central Park and a short walk to the subway. Breakfast was decent—fresh fruit was a nice touch. Staff were really welcoming and helpful. Just wish the elevators were a bit faster; we ended up using the stairs often, especially in the morning.

We had a great stay at the Fairfield Inn. The room was lovely, clean, and surprisingly spacious for a New York hotel. The bed was comfortable with excellent shower pressure. The location was perfect, just outside the center but within walking distance of all the major attractions. The breakfast was good, although it would have been helpful if they labeled dietary requirements. The staff, especially Odell, went above and beyond to accommodate our vegan friend. Despite some minor issues like slow elevators and limited breakfast timings, our overall experience was fantastic. We would recommend this hotel to others.

The staff at Fairfield Inn & Suites was amazing, always checking if everything was okay and being very helpful. They changed our room quickly when we had an issue with the AC.
