the staff was courteous, helpful, and professional. the facility, though on the small side, was clean, well kept, and beautiful. the location was perfect, near Penn Station, Chelsea Market, the Edge, and the 28th street subway station. the room and bathroom were spotless, and the included breakfast was a great money and time saver. I particularly appreciated the rooftop sitting area, despite the noisy exhaust fans. the gentleman in the breakfast room was a true asset, going above and beyond to assist guests.

This hotel is located in the heart of the bustling Chelsea Flower district, surrounded by vibrant floral markets with very crowded sidewalks. It was the perfect location for the stores I needed to visit. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with comfortable beds and a chest of drawers for storage. The skyline view from the room added to the overall experience. Additionally, having breakfast included in the rate was a great convenience, especially at 9:15am when everything was at its freshest.
