Great Location and Amenities: the hotel is conveniently situated near St Bonaventure University and other key establishments, making it a prime location for business travelers like me. Free parking and Wi, Fi were definitely a plus.

Lack of On, Site Restaurant: One downside was that the hotel didn't have an on, site restaurant. This meant that I had to drive to find a place to eat, which was a minor inconvenience.

Excellent customer service. We had a last-minute emergency and the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us. They even called us when a room became available. The front desk staff, especially Tim, was courteous and competent. The location is convenient, close to St. Bonaventure University and a short drive to the hospital. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel offers amenities like a fitness center and complimentary breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and comfortable accommodations.
