The facilities were in excellent condition and our room was larger than expected. The staff was helpful and friendly, always willing to assist if we had any questions. We also enjoyed the beautiful setting by the lake, perfect for watching fireworks.

The hotel lacked warmth and a personal touch. The lobby felt empty and impersonal, with no one ever there.

We had an amazing stay at the waterfront lodge! The room was spectacular, one of the best we've ever had. Sitting by the water at sunset was stunning, and the location was perfect with easy access to everything. The staff was friendly and the hotel itself was new and modern. The lobby was beautifully decorated with plenty of seating and a great view of the lake and the town. We also enjoyed the pool, although we didn't have a chance to use it. a fantastic experience at the lodge.

The location of this waterfront lodge was absolutely perfect, with stunning views of the lake. the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The fact that there was a pool and fitness center on-site was a great bonus, allowing guests to relax and stay active during their stay.

There were a few aspects of our experience that were less than ideal. there was a strange smell in the hallway and the ventilation system was quite loud.

The newly renovated Saranac Waterfront Lodge exceeded my expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The fire pits and garden games added a fun and enjoyable touch to the stay. The quality of the bed linens, towels, and bathrobe was impressive. the hotel had a modern and stylish feel.

Although the location of the hotel was initially a bit deceiving, it turned out to be conveniently located off the main road. Additionally, the price was a bit on the higher side considering the lack of housekeeping, breakfast, and beverage/coffee station in the lobby.

We had a great time at a new and modern lodge with a stunning lake view. the room was beautifully decorated and had no carpet, which we loved. the staff was friendly and the entire place was very clean. the gathering room downstairs was the perfect spot to hang out. the location was convenient, just 9 miles from Lake Placid, and we enjoyed snowshoeing at Dewey Mountain nearby. a wonderful stay, with the only downside being the pricey and small portions at the restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown Saranac Lake and Lake Placid, making it easy to explore both areas. The lobby is spacious and cozy, with plenty of seating around a fireplace to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, offering a nice view of Flower lake. The hotel provides free coffee in the morning, and the pool, jacuzzi, and gym facilities are great. it's a fantastic place for low-budget travelers to stay.
