I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a great experience! the rates were very reasonable for the quality of the rooms, which were clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a wonderful area with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, just as described in one of the reviews I read beforehand. I also appreciated the attention to detail the staff showed in keeping the basic amenities well-stocked and maintaining a quiet setting, as mentioned in another review.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the suburban Pittsburgh area near the airport. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. From Destiny's warm welcome to Stefanie's helpfulness at the front desk and Kevin's excellent shuttle service, they were all friendly and accommodating. Young Beverly, our room cleaner, was super helpful and pleasant. The hotel's proximity to shopping, including IKEA and the Mall, is a bonus. The decor throughout the hotel is appealing. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the walk-in shower was nice. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable, and the hotel's eco-friendly approach is a plus. The full breakfast with freshly made eggs, omelets, and more was delicious, and the 24/7 coffee, tea, and lemon/lime water were appreciated. The staff even provided a late check-out, which is rare. a brilliant experience.

The hotel I stayed in had a hot tub that was clean and worked well, which was exactly what I was looking for. they provided complimentary breakfast bags and had cereal and yogurt available, which was a nice touch. the hotel’s location was great, surrounded by lots of shopping and restaurants and just a 20-minute drive to downtown.

The bed in my king suite was in really poor condition, with the mattress seeming to be broken in half. It was uncomfortable to sleep on, as I kept rolling inwards towards the middle.

Recently remodeled pool and hot tub were closed for remodeling without prior notice. Helpful and friendly staff, especially Destiny, Stefanie, Kevin, and Beverly. Convenient access to town via bus, which costs $5.50 each way. Quiet A/C in nice, updated room with separate sitting area. Clean room and attentive cleaning staff during holiday stay.
