I really liked the friendly staff and the fact that the Perkins restaurant was connected to the hotel. It was convenient not having to walk outside or drive to get a meal. The two waitresses at Perkins did an excellent job despite it being busy. The pool area was great for families, and I appreciated that it was close to our room, especially with a toddler. The hotel was also in proximity to many tourist sites, including a medium-sized indoor waterpark.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. I loved that it was conveniently connected to a Perkins restaurant, so I didn't have to go outside or drive anywhere. The two waitresses at Perkins did an excellent job despite how busy they were, and they had smiles on their faces the whole time. The pool area was great for families, and the breakfast was good. The staff could use a little training in etiquette when tearing down the breakfast, as they were putting away items while patrons were still trying to enjoy their meal. It was also interesting to see a tip box at the continental breakfast, asking for tips.

During my stay, I had a comfortable experience at a hotel that had a lot to offer. The location was perfect with Perkins restaurant nearby and tourist sites such as Mt. Rushmore, and the water park right next to the hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and basic, and the service provided was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too with a variety of options to choose from, including waffles and sugar-free syrup. Additionally, the hotel equipped washing and drying machines and a 24-hour coffee service, making a business traveler's experience easier.

Despite the great experience, the hotel had a lack of housekeeping, and the breakfast area struggled to keep up with the volume of guests at times.

The comfort of the room was excellent, and we really liked the fact that the motel was connected right to the waterpark. It was convenient not having to go outside and drive back to our room after enjoying the waterpark. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, quickly remedying any issues we had with our reservations.

We had a bit of trouble with our reservations, which resulted in tying up my debit card. However, in the end, all the issues were resolved.

I really enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant connected to the hotel, so I didn't have to go outside or drive to find a place to eat. the pool area was also a highlight, especially for families. the breakfast had a good variety to choose from, and I particularly enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. the price of the room was also lower than expected, which was a pleasant surprise.

Parking was a bit of an issue, as there were a few trucks with campers that took up multiple parking spots in the front, leaving many of us to park in the back and walk to the front. It would be helpful if the staff asked them to park in the back or placed signs requesting that parking spots be used for single vehicles only.
