The bed? So comfy, I slept like a rock! And breakfast? Linda made sure no one left hungry. Got a hot hot shower after a long drive, which felt like heaven. Check-in was smooth thanks to Jacqueline. Seriously, I can’t wait to come back here next time!

The Fairfield Inn & Suites in Kodak provided a comfortable stay with clean and well-furnished rooms. Breakfast was impressive, offering a variety of options like scrambled eggs and waffles. However, some aspects, such as slow maintenance responses and occasional noise, could be improved. Great for families visiting nearby attractions.

The indoor pool's water was uncomfortably cold!!! Room sizes could use improvement, feeling cramped!!! Maintenance responses were slow, leaving issues unattended!!! A lack of visible ambiance detracted from the overall experience!!!

We had an amazing time exploring nearby attractions like the Smokies Stadium and enjoying the indoor pool. The kids loved the complimentary breakfast, especially the waffle station, while my wife and I appreciated the friendly staff who made us feel right at home.

My kids wished for a playground or more outdoor activities.
