Value for money was excellent, especially with the comfortable and spacious room. The location overlooking the National Park was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by ensuring prompt service and accuracy in billing the drinks.

We got great value for our money, with a beautiful junior suite, a bottle of wine, and Irish chocolates on arrival. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to both the town center and the national park. The staff was extremely attentive, and the hotel's amenities were well-maintained.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic, friendly, and very helpful. They made our stay feel luxurious with their excellent service. The hotel itself had gorgeous decor and style, creating a beautiful atmosphere. We loved the luxurious bathroom, especially the shower. The free breakfast offered a great variety of options and was delicious. the location of the hotel was perfect, with key attractions within walking distance. it was the little things and the attention to detail that made our stay enjoyable.

While our stay was mostly positive, there were a few drawbacks. the room rate was quite high for what we received, and we felt that the amenities in the room did not match the premium price.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting me with any questions or information I needed. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a 20-meter pool that my 6-year-old enjoyed. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the location was very convenient with parking available.

Convenient location between city center and Killarney National Park. Elegant exterior and luxurious interiors create a special atmosphere. Large, well-furnished room with good wifi connection. Clean swimming pool and enjoyable spa area. Great food and excellent service at the restaurant.

The decor in the hotel was stunning and the staff were lovely. The pizza in the bar menu was gorgeous, and we enjoyed sitting by the real fires which were nice and cozy. The location of the hotel was very convenient, making it easy to get in and out of town. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains from the hotel.

The room we stayed in was stifling hot and there was no air conditioning. Even with all the windows open, it was still uncomfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The ambience in the breakfast room was excellent, very elegant. The staff were first class and provided exceptional service. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was within walking distance of the town center. The hotel facilities were great, and I especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace where I could relax with a drink after a long day.

We loved the cozy common room with the fireplace, and the veranda was great for chatting with other guests. Our room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was hearty and European. The location was ideal for exploring the Gap of Dunloe, Muckross Castle, and shopping. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the city center, and above a public area which immediately caught our attention. The staff were great, always available and willing to help. The room amenities were fantastic, with plenty of options for coffee and tea, and a lovely sitting area. The buffet breakfast was delicious and filling, and the staff in the restaurant were very attentive.

The view of the mountains from the patio was stunning, creating a beautiful backdrop for relaxation. The pool area was clean and provided a relaxing space. The presence of a safe in the room added a sense of security. There were plenty of sitting areas with fires and a nice bar for drinks. A 24-hour shop across the road sold pastries and muffins, and the in-room kettle allowed for tea and coffee. The check-out time at 12 was very generous.

Felt very welcome, no reason to complain.
