The initial room we were assigned was not what we had paid for, and the front desk staff did not inform us beforehand. The hallway wall hand sanitizers in the lobby had a strong alcohol smell, which was a bit overwhelming.

Uncomfortable bedding: The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were small and uncomfortable for a king-size bed. there were not enough covers for the bed, and they felt cheap.
