We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and we were thrilled with the location. It was right in the center of the gorgeous old part of the city, with the gothic cathedral situated around the corner. We were able to easily walk to many of the sights and attractions in the area. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of services including room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire. The staff at the reception desk and in the breakfast room were incredibly helpful and provided us with excellent service throughout our stay.

Best aspects about my recent business trip were the helpful staff and the great location. the staff went out of their way to assist me with any requests or questions I had. They were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. the hotel's location was perfect for my business needs, as it was close to the main square and within walking distance of several attractions. This made it convenient for me to explore the area during my free time. Additionally, I enjoyed the walking tour with a local guide, which was a pleasant surprise.

Worst aspects of my stay were the lack of certain amenities and the inconsistency in service. I was disappointed that bathrobes and slippers were not included in the price, especially since the floors were not carpeted and could get quite cold.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel had an excellent location, just a short walk from the cathedral and the old town. This made it easy to explore the city and enjoy the historic sites. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

One downside was the lack of hot water in the shower. Despite bringing the issue to the attention of the staff multiple times, the water remained tepid at best.
