Great location close to a convention center and with easy access to highways. Room amenities like water bottles and toiletries were a nice touch. The gym and swimming area were fabulous. Best aspects: The friendly staff and prompt room service were outstanding. We loved the Gold experience with amazing food options and an exclusive breakfast area.

We had to avoid lobby restaurants during high traffic conference dates as they were too crowded and did not have many food options. The parking cost is a bit pricey.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Gold Level service at Fairmont Austin and it was absolutely fantastic! The food throughout the day was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The comfort of the room was also top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

The hotel provided us with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, modern and very clean with excellent turn down service. The gym and swimming pool were both impressive and provided a luxurious experience. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always available to assist.

Our only minor issue was the limited menu options at the breakfast lounge. However, the portions served were generous and the food tasted fresh and adequately prepared.

Fairmont Gold was worth it. Good large rooms. Clean rooms with lots of room amenities, toiletries and water. Bed and pillows were amazing. Turn down service and regular timely cleaning. Swimming area was great. Gym was big enough, clean with working equipments. The Fairmont Gold lounge had a seperate breakfast area.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided great customer service. The gold club lounge was a highlight, offering a variety of snacks throughout the day. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a fantastic bed and pillows. The hotel's swimming area was great, and the gym was big and well-maintained. we enjoyed the exclusive and relaxing atmosphere of the gold level experience.

Excellent service, quick response to requests. Impressive gym and beautiful pool. Close to restaurants, nightlife on 6th and Rainey streets. Must try the Gold Experience breakfast. Welcoming staff, especially Victor at concierge.
