Indoor pool was a perfect weather escape.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, and the seasonal outdoor pool provided a great way to unwind after a day of exploring, while convenient luggage storage made our stay even easier.

During my stay, I encountered multiple issues that have left me frustrated. The air conditioning unit wasn't working, which made the room uncomfortably warm, especially during the summer. Additionally, I found the furniture quite dated, and it felt like a step back in time. Staff response to my concerns was lackluster, leaving me feeling unheard and disappointed with the overall experience.

Fort William Henry Hotel has a lovely outdoor pool and spacious rooms with beautiful views. However, some areas need improvement, such as outdated furnishings and inconsistent room amenities like air conditioning. It’s a decent choice for families, but be prepared for potential noise and consider requesting a room in the main hotel for better comfort.

the pool area was so filthy, it was like a scene from a horror movie. i expected to enjoy it, but instead, I was grossed out. also, the loud, scratchy bed sheets made sleep impossible! i can't believe i had to deal with these inconveniences and no one even offered a complimentary drink or apology, truly disappointing.

Staying here was a great choice because it was just a few steps away from Lake George Village and the view of the lake from our room was absolutely stunning, making it easy to enjoy the picturesque scenery during our stay.
