The rooms are well-appointed, with large glass windows allowing the sunshine to stream in from all directions. The amenities provided were decent, ensuring a comfortable stay. And let's not forget the breakfast - it was included and served with a view, making it a delightful way to start the day.

The hotel property itself was beautiful, with views of the lake and mountains. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were all amazing amenities to enjoy during my stay.

The Adirondack chairs outside the room allowed us to enjoy morning coffee while taking in the gorgeous lake view. The Fort William Henry Museum was a great way to learn about the history of the area. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always professional and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for a stress-free and enjoyable stay.

Being in the center of the best that this city has to offer, there are numerous activities to enjoy within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel facilities, such as the outdoor pool, are well-maintained and offer amazing views. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Furthermore, the staff at the hotel, especially those at the front desk, were friendly, patient, and professional.

Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to the beach, making it a perfect choice for winter carnivals. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with friendly and courteous staff providing excellent service. The daily breakfasts are delicious, and the hotel offers great facilities such as a large, beautiful pool.

Some areas of the hotel are in need of renovation, particularly the bathrooms.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the lack of a microwave and small fridge was inconvenient, especially for those with babies who need to warm up bottles.
