The staff were beyond outstanding, always attentive and made us feel valued and welcomed. The hotel's beauty and free snacks were highly impressive. We especially loved the complimentary champagne welcome, which added an elegant and classy touch. The location overlooking the harbor was perfect, and our room and bathroom were beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The hotel bar and food were excellent, and we also enjoyed a fantastic sushi restaurant just a short distance away. The staff were friendly and well-prepared, and the hotel was conveniently located only 45 minutes away from JFK Airport by car. Additionally, there was an espresso machine in the library, which we found to be a great perk. We greatly appreciated the attention to detail and excellent service provided.

As a traveler, I appreciated the electric vehicle charging station at the hotel. The restaurant, L’Escale, was a nice perk with delicious food. The attentive service and customer service provided by the staff were outstanding. From the bellmen to the turn-down service, everyone made us feel like VIPs. The hot stone massage at the spa was a relaxing experience. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the main street. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms had a cozy vintage charm.

It is also well-connected to the White Plains airport, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, with some offering beautiful views of the harbor. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast and take advantage of facilities such as the wine and cheese social on select days.

Some guests have reported issues with noise from other guests in the hallway, which can disrupt sleep.

The room was lovely and well appointed, and the property was well maintained. The staff was attentive and on point. We also appreciated that the hotel is dog-friendly. The only minor issue was the breakfast at the adjoining restaurant, which was not available at the scheduled opening time and was unremarkable. But overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Had a wonderful Christmas getaway at this hotel. The location was perfect, with beautiful views overlooking the harbor. The room was spacious, clean, and had a romantic atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we had a booking issue and they went above and beyond to make it right. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel's restaurant and the option to have drinks at the outside bar. a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

There were a few minor quirks during our stay. Accessing the restaurant was a bit inconvenient if there was a private event, as we had to walk along a long corridor on the 2nd floor.

I also appreciated the option to purchase beach passes directly from the front desk, which saved me time and hassle. my experience at Delamar Greenwich Harbor exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it for a romantic getaway or a business trip.

Champagne offered upon arrival was a nice touch to start off the new year celebration. the hotel's location on the harbor provided a beautiful view and added to the overall ambiance of the stay. the elegant decor added a touch of sophistication to the experience.

The cleanliness of the rooms was subpar. There were bugs in multiple rooms and the bathrooms were left dirty and uncleaned.

Exceptional restaurant, impressive service recovery, superb general manager, ideal waterfront location, complimentary breakfast and coffee, helpful staff.
