Great location, just a short walk to downtown and all the restaurants and bars. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. the staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy.

The shower could use an update, the water flow was just okay. Also, there was no bar at the hotel, which was disappointing.

Impeccable cleanliness and a convenient location make Four Points my go-to spot in Asheville. The workout room was well-equipped, and the hotel staff couldn't have been nicer. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area − for business or leisure.

The location of this place is absolutely fantastic - it's within walking distance to everything in downtown Asheville, including many restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant onsite, where we could grab a delicious continental breakfast for just 7 dollars. The room itself was spacious, clean, and quiet, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were also impressed with the amenities provided, such as ironing facilities, heating and air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. we were very pleased with the level of comfort and quality service offered at this hotel.

We loved the friendly and accommodating staff. A very nice man helped us with our rollaway bed and provided extra pillows and blankets. The front desk staff even gave us all bottles of water after a long day of walking. The hotel's location is perfect, just minutes away from The Biltmore and a short walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and the shower was excellent. The hotel facilities were great, and we enjoyed sitting in front of the lobby fireplace.
