The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. I really liked the convenient shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower. The hotel provided a free and timely shuttle service to the airport every half hour. Additionally, the proximity to Boston was great, and the shuttle to and from the train station and airport was excellent.

I loved the location of this place. It's in a commercial area that's further from the airport than we expected, but that turned out to be a good thing because it was quieter. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance, which was very convenient. The service was great too - we were given complementary breakfast and the staff helped us with any request we had.

However, we found it to be within walking distance of numerous restaurants, which was very convenient for us. The service at this place was exceptional. The staff members were friendly and always willing to help. They even gave us complementary breakfast and helped us with any requests we had. The room amenities were top-notch with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also had great leisure facilities such as an indoor swimming pool and a fitness studio. we were very satisfied and would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Stayed at a hotel near the airport for a trip out of Logan. The hotel offered affordable airport parking with shuttle service. Even though we had a late check-in, the receptionist was helpful and found us a room. I'd recommend Four Points for a convenient stay near the airport.

The staff was friendly and helpful, offering assistance when needed. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and amenities. the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with comfortable beds and a nice shower.

The rooms in the west tower were outdated and in desperate need of renovation. the lack of natural light and stained shag carpeting made the rooms feel unkempt and uninviting.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the excellent service provided by the staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. Additionally, the hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, including the lobby, rooms, and pool area. This attention to cleanliness was reassuring, especially during these times.

I did have a few minor issues during my stay. the seating for breakfast was not particularly comfortable.

I recently stayed at Four Points near Boston Logan Airport for a quick overnight stay. Tenisha at the front desk was amazing, helping us check-in early. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and I really appreciated the nice touch of having cookies and water with lemon available. The breakfast attendant, Cecilia, was incredibly kind and went out of her way to find ginger ale for my sick granddaughter. She deserves to be recognized as employee of the year! Lastly, the late-night staff was welcoming, and I had a good night's sleep followed by a satisfying breakfast.

She was patient and incredibly helpful when my debit card wasn't working correctly. She gave me the time I needed and offered another option to use a different card. The staff in general was super friendly and always willing to assist. The shuttle drivers were particularly helpful, providing information about the area and answering any questions we had. The convenience of the hotel's location near the airport was also a big plus. Even with morning traffic, we had plenty of time to spare for returning the rental car and checking in. Thanks to the Four Points staff, we made the most of our short time in Boston!
