We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view of the beautiful lake from our room was worth the extra cost. The hotel facilities were clean, and the newly renovated cabins were a great addition. The lodge itself was beautiful and located in a lovely area, nestled in the Ohio Hills. The staff, particularly Starr in the dining room, provided excellent service. The restaurant was good, and the food was delicious and well worth the price. The pool was clean and warm, and the bed in our room was extremely comfortable.

We were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet every morning, which was a nice start to our day. the hotel had a variety of amenities such as a swimming pool and a fitness center, providing us with options for relaxation and exercise. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. the hotel also offered free Wi-Fi, which was convenient for staying connected during our stay.

One of the major downsides was the outdated and worn-out condition of the hotel facilities. the decor and furniture were in dire need of renovation.

We especially loved spending time down by the boat dock, taking in the peaceful ambiance by the water. The lodge itself had a charming rustic feel to it, and we appreciated the cozy cottages.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks during our stay, such as a slight delay in our friends' room being ready and a broken door in our own room, these were easily overshadowed by the overall positive experience we had.
