The rooms were amazing with comfy beds, a desk for work, and a coffee machine to start the day right. The view from our double room was breathtaking, and the iPod dock was a nice touch. As a busy family, we appreciated the soundproofing and safe in the room.

I found the flat-screen TV a bit small for my liking, but others may still enjoy it.

We were so amazed by this hotel! The location was perfect for us, just a short walk to the subway that takes you straight into Manhattan. The rooms were lovely with comfortable beds and modern decor. The pool was a great bonus, especially during the hot NYC weather. The entire hotel was impeccably clean and the staff, especially Bridgette, were so kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again whenever we pass through NYC in the future.

Staying here was such a delight! The location is great, just a quick walk to the subway line and you're in the heart of the city. Also, there's a mall right across the street that has delicious Chinese pastries! The room was really comfortable with modern decor and a TV that was big! The pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The staff was really kind and helpful. They even had 24-hour room service! everything was clean and well-maintained.

The hotel lacked proper communication. A few guests experienced the inconvenience of being transferred to another hotel without prior warning due to an issue with the power outage.

Our romantic escape was not as luxurious as we had hoped. the room service was lacking, and even basic cleaning was an issue.
