The view from our room faced a parking garage, and the alternate room had a faint smoke smell. the window had prints on it, and some amenities like the TV and coffee maker didn't work properly.

The room we stayed in during our Thanksgiving holiday was spacious and very clean. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the café in the lobby had an expansive menu available at all times. the hotel's location near a bookstore, coffee shop and brewery made for a convenient and enjoyable stay. Another advantage was the off-street parking offered by the hotel.

the staff wasn't very helpful when we asked for a luggage cart and we had to search for one ourselves. these minor hiccups didn't detract from our overall positive impression of the hotel.
