The Surfsider Resort offers elevator access, spacious accommodations, and the convenience of two bathrooms. The temperature of the showers is excellent, and the coffee pot works great. The balcony provides a nice spot to enjoy morning coffee and observe the nearby wildlife. Beach access is close and quiet, and the rooms have beautiful views of the sunset.

We absolutely loved our stay at Surfsider Resort. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in and made us feel welcome. The friendly staff, clean rooms, and great kitchen were just a few of the things we liked. We also enjoyed the easy access to a private beach. Claudia, who runs the office, was exceptional and truly represented the company well!

The staff at this resort was extremely friendly and courteous. They made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. the environment of the resort was comfortable, private, and secure. We felt like we were in our own homes, which was a great feeling. One of the best aspects of this resort was the location. It was conveniently located near key attractions and had easy access to the beach.

One thing that could be improved is to include breakfast in the package or at least make breakfast items available for guests to prepare themselves. We also noticed that there were some maintenance issues, particularly with the lift, that needed urgent repairs.

We loved staying at Surfsider Resort - A Timeshare Resort. The condo setup was perfect for our family, with spacious rooms and a kitchen for cooking meals. The kids especially enjoyed watching the iguanas by the canal. The location was also great, just a short distance from where our cruise departed. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this resort for a longer stay.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in multiple ways. the rooms were much larger than expected, with updated fixtures in the two spacious bathrooms. Additionally, the balcony provided a lovely view, and having a full kitchen was a definite plus. The hotel's convenient location right by the beach made it easy to access, and the service from the staff was always friendly and helpful. Lastly, the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and basic amenities that met all our needs.

loved this place! beach location across the street was perfect for a relaxing vacation away from the chaos of cities. staff were nice, facilities like pool, tennis court, and hot tub were great. will definitely return often.

Screen door not quite working.

We had a wonderful stay at Surfsider Resort - a timeshare in a prime location. the room exceeded our expectations with its spacious layout, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. With a short 2-minute walk to the beach, it was incredibly convenient, especially with our four-month-old daughter. the pool, although located in the timeshare in front, was still easily accessible and provided a pleasant retreat. the entire experience was so enjoyable that we will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The air conditioning unit was very loud and often woke me up at night. There were some maintenance issues, such as a toilet that wouldn't flush and a TV with unclear reception and limited channel options.

The room at Surfsider Resort was larger than expected and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed having two bathrooms and the maintenance team was responsive when we needed assistance with the toilet and TV. The view of the canal and watching the iguanas was a nice bonus.
