A Delicious Rehearsal Dinner

During our overnight stay for my son's wedding, we had the pleasure of hosting our rehearsal dinner at Four Points. The food prepared by the talented chef was absolutely delicious, leaving us and our guests extremely satisfied. We couldn't have asked for a better dining experience.

Great location. Quiet room. Large room. Nice looking place. Kind and professional staff. Very clean.

The staff was helpful and caring, always checking on us. The restaurant grill and bar had good quality but the prices were a bit high.

The outdoor swimming pool was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The free Wi-Fi was also a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.

The suite at the hotel was beautiful and clean. The housekeeping staff was great. Additionally, the hotel offered easy block room reservations for special events, making it convenient for large groups. The location was also ideal, as it was in close proximity to key attractions and amenities.

The front desk staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. The housekeeping service was not thorough, as the room was left unfinished with dirty towels and trash bins full.

I had a wonderful time staying here! The location is fantastic, very close to the metro station, which made getting around so easy. I was pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant within the hotel, and the food was delicious! The staff was friendly and helpful, always checking in to make sure everything was alright. I enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the Jacuzzi, and the sun terrace was a great place to relax. The rooms had everything I needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a safe. Definitely a great place to stay!

The breakfast at Four Points was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The variety of options and the quality of the food were excellent. The staff in charge of breakfast was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service.

Although we did experience a few small inconveniences such as an outdated TV and difficulties with the room phone, the overall experience at Four Points By Sheraton Melville Long Island in Plainview was positive. The helpful and caring staff, great breakfast, and comfortable accommodations outweighed the minor drawbacks.

Convenient location for events nearby, spacious and quiet rooms in the back of the building, friendly and professional staff, pristine cleanliness throughout, and accommodating shuttle service during weekdays.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The group sales staff provided excellent service and even threw in breakfast buffet vouchers as a thank you for our block reservation. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The restaurant had delicious food and top-notch service. I highly recommend this hotel for any soccer team or group stay.

The AC in the room was not effective, as it only blew cold air towards the curtains and couldn't cool the room down properly. The soundproofing in the hotel was also poor, as I could hear people walking and talking in the hallway.
