The staff were professional and accommodating.

I was extremely frustrated with the cleanliness of the hallways. they reeked of mildew and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in forever. Our room had several maintenance issues, such as a shower curtain rod that was practically falling off and a lukewarm shower that made for a very unpleasant experience. To top it off, the bathroom door wouldn’t even latch properly, which left us feeling unsafe during our stay.

The amenities were disappointing during my stay. The breakfast options were limited, lacking any hot choices aside from the waffles. Additionally, the cleanliness of my room left much to be desired, with stained hand towels and dirty shower curtains that felt neglected. This experience dampened my enthusiasm for the visit, and I would have expected better considering the location.

I had a pleasant stay at Quality Inn Lexington -Horse Park. The room was clean and comfortable, including a handy fridge and tea/coffee maker. The staff were professional and accommodating, making my visit more enjoyable. The location is perfect for visiting nearby attractions, especially the Kentucky Horse Park.

I was absolutely appalled by the state of cleanliness—hair everywhere and pee on the toilet, it's like they don't even check. Breakfast was more of a pathetic grab & go, certainly not what I expected. No one even offered me an upgrade for the inconvenience, how rude! I almost wrote a good review but just couldn't, really disapointing.

The air conditioning was on point, and the mattress was super comfy. I loved the little desk and the seating area in the room. The private bathroom was nice, and having a fridge and tea/coffee maker was a plus. The fitness centre was decent for a quick workout. Really liked all the cable and satellite channels available.

Had a boss time staying here! The room was comfy, and the staff were sound, really made us feel at home. Just a shame about the noisy air conditioning. it kept waking me up. Overall, a sound stay, like.

The room was clean and had plenty of pillows, which was nice. The beds were well made, even if the carpets felt a bit outdated. When I got there, the air conditioning wasn't super effective, but the fridge was handy. A little peeling paint on the wall caught my eye too. Just didn't have that fresh vibe you'd expect, but it did its job for one night.

Free wifi worked great, and nice to have luggage storage. Clean but no fridge.
