Hotel Felix boasts a fantastic location just a stone's throw from the Magnificent Mile, perfect for exploring downtown. The staff's helpfulness truly stood out. While amenities like breakfast and in-room coffee machines are lacking, the complimentary espresso and bar service are nice touches for a budget-friendly stay.

The location was a significant plus, with easy access to downtown attractions, restaurants, and bars. Complimentary bottled water was a nice touch, especially in the heat. the price tag is unjustifiable. For nearly $300 a night, amenities fell short. The lack of a closet and limited space were disappointing. billing discrepancies and a lack of resolution marred the experience. Parking options require extra effort and expense. It’s a mixed bag, but potential travelers might find better value elsewhere.

A mix of charm and frustration, I’d look for somewhere else next time.

My friends and I had a blast hanging out in a vibey downtown neighborhood with epic nightlife. We hit up the fifteen-story Ferris Wheel and caught a live Shakespeare performance – so lit! Being moments away from the Chicago Bears' stadium at Soldier Field pumped us up even more!

There's a fitness center if you want to work out. Staff is really helpful and attentive. Great value overall.

This place is a perfect base for exploring the city with convenient access to numerous attractions like Millennium Park less than a 15-minute walk away, the Art Institute of Chicago about a 30-minute stroll, and some amazing dining options like Fogo de Chao just a few steps from the entrance, making it easy to grab a meal or coffee before heading out for a day of adventure; the hotel offers comfortable rooms with nice amenities, but the food options within the hotel could be better.
