The room was stunning and the decor impressive, with a great view of the city. Noisy disturbances from the elevator throughout the night were frustrating. Enjoyed a delightful walking tour in the area to explore local culture.

my stay at Four Seasons was an absoluteley dismal experience. the so-called "double" beds were hilariously small, not to mention the stains and mold lurking in my room. I expected a welcome gift for my inconvenience but no such luck. also, I waited an eternity for service by the pool, which woudl ve been a lovely escape if taken more seriously.

the four seasons is stunning! the stylish poolside area and tasteful decor everywhere make it a delight. the staff are super friendly and informed, making our family feel welcomed. the room had a gorgeous view, close to everything we wanted to explore. really enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant.

Housekeeping needs to address missed cleaning requests!!! I experienced long valet parking delays and communication gaps among staff!!! The gym equipment could use better maintenance!!!

Had the most lekker stay here! The staff treated us like family, and the gym was just amazing—so much space, fresh snacks, and even brekkie vibes with coffee all day. The room had this beautiful view of the Mississippi that made waking up such a jol!

Only downside was that the check-in took longer than I expected, but it was still all good at the end of the day.

However, communication among departments could use improvement, as I faced challenges with my room key and service delays during my stay.

The location was perfect for exploring all the iconic spots! ! Loved the stunning décor and super friendly staff who treated us like family. The food at the restaurant was phenomenal too!

Check-in took a bit longer than expected, and I'd recommend a little more attention from housekeeping.
