The room was stunning and the decor impressive, with a great view of the city. Noisy disturbances from the elevator throughout the night were frustrating. Enjoyed a delightful walking tour in the area to explore local culture.

my stay at Four Seasons was an absoluteley dismal experience. the so-called "double" beds were hilariously small, not to mention the stains and mold lurking in my room. I expected a welcome gift for my inconvenience but no such luck. also, I waited an eternity for service by the pool, which woudl ve been a lovely escape if taken more seriously.

the four seasons is stunning! the stylish poolside area and tasteful decor everywhere make it a delight. the staff are super friendly and informed, making our family feel welcomed. the room had a gorgeous view, close to everything we wanted to explore. really enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant.

Housekeeping needs to address missed cleaning requests!!! I experienced long valet parking delays and communication gaps among staff!!! The gym equipment could use better maintenance!!!

Had the most lekker stay here! The staff treated us like family, and the gym was just amazing—so much space, fresh snacks, and even brekkie vibes with coffee all day. The room had this beautiful view of the Mississippi that made waking up such a jol!

Only downside was that the check-in took longer than I expected, but it was still all good at the end of the day.

I enjoyed my stay, taking in the views from the terrace and enjoying the innovative cuisine. The space felt like an oasis with greenery and a relaxing pool area. As I explored the area, each day was filled with local culture and flavors. Being from New York, I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere.

The stunning walk-in shower was a definite highlight, and the tablet for requests was fantastic. Every detail was taken care of, making our stay extraordinarily comfortable. We loved how fast our refrigerator request was fulfilled—just 17 minutes! I'll remember the friendly conversations and the beautiful view of the Mississippi River. Highly recommend for an unforgettable stay!

the claw tub in the bathroom was an amazing touch for relaxation. valet service was slow.

The hotel exudes a charming and modern vibe, truly welcoming from the moment you arrive. The well-equipped fitness center enhances the overall experience, providing ample amenities. However, communication among departments could use improvement, as I faced challenges with my room key and service delays during my stay.

The location was perfect for exploring all the iconic spots! ! Loved the stunning décor and super friendly staff who treated us like family. The food at the restaurant was phenomenal too!

Check-in took a bit longer than expected, and I'd recommend a little more attention from housekeeping.
