My recent stay at the lakefront cabin at Franciscan Lodge was absolutely incredible. The cabin was steps away from the picturesque lake, offering breathtaking views that made my stay truly memorable. The well-maintained cabin had a full kitchen, which was perfect for cooking meals with my family. The gas fireplace in each room kept us cozy and warm during the chilly nights. The convenience of having a Safeway and nearby restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this cabin is the perfect choice. The value for money is exceptional, making it a great option for any type of traveler.

The only drawback I noticed was the dry air in the cabin, which might be uncomfortable for some guests. Additionally, the carpets could use a bit of cleaning.

The lodge provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, ample parking, a well-stocked kitchen, and friendly staff. The central location and list of local activities and restaurants were also helpful for bigger groups of friends.

Absolutely nothing.

Amazing lakefront location with beautiful views. The fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus, allowing us to cook our own meals and save money. The bed was comfortable and the shower was a luxurious double-headed one. We loved starting our mornings with a cup of coffee on the long dock, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The nearby beach, park, and picnic area provided plenty of outdoor activities. a great find for a spontaneous trip to Lake Tahoe.

The heater worked great, comfortable bed, clean room, kitchen with 2 refrigerators, DVD player with movie selection.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Beautiful view of the lake, private beach for walks and play, long pier with benches for enjoying sunsets. Minutes away from Northshore Regional Park and close to Squaw Valley and Sugar Pine Point National Park. Conveniently located near Safeway.

Apartments and houses, not usual rooms. Majority across the street from shore. Direct call for specific house. Nice pier and small private beach. Separate living room, two sofas, good dining table. Small kitchen with dishwasher. Studio with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and kitchenware. Restroom modern and clean. Front patio with chair. Lakefront room, small apartment with equipped kitchen. Clean and comfy. Great breakfast at Peps place. Clean, simple ordinary rooms, great price, proximity to skiing. Reception upgrade next to highway, no lake view but hilarious upgrade.

I got great value for my money at this cozy little cabin in Tahoe. The room was clean and beautifully decorated with rustic Tahoe decor. The location was perfect, right next to the lake and close to grocery stores and shops. The staff at the hotel were very polite and respectful.

The breakfast items could have been better.

franciscan lodge in tahoe vista was the perfect getaway! the location was great, just outside the main drag but still close to everything. the cabins on the water had an amazing view. it was quiet and relaxing - exactly what we needed for a romantic trip.

Just returned from a weekend getaway with friends at this amazing lodge. We stayed in a room with 3 beds, which was perfect for our group. The room was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the strong water pressure in the shower. The location was great, with a beautiful view of the lake and a private beach for walks and relaxation. Plus, we were just minutes away from hiking trails and a short drive to Safeway for convenience. our stay at this lodge was fantastic!

Can definitely recommend this hotel.

Good location near the lake, with easy beach access. Well-equipped kitchen, but lacks cooking oil and spices. Broken small fridge replaced with larger one, just a bit crowded in the kitchen. Privacy due to being on the edge of the complex.
