The staff at this hotel are top-notch, from receptionists to bartenders. They made me feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. the rooftop pool was a fantastic social spot with amazing views all around, and the ambiance throughout the hotel was warm and relaxing. the individual lockers for each bunk bed were super handy, and the comfortable bunk beds with their own lamps and plug-ins were a nice touch. the location is fantastic, within easy reach of many great restaurants and shops. the hotel offers dry cleaning services, which was a pleasant surprise and a great convenience.

One area that could improve is the street noise, which may be noticeable, especially on higher floors. Perhaps some soundproofing upgrades could help with this issue.
