The hotel's location is ideal with easy access to the city centre and the Cathedral quarter where the MAC arts centre is. It's also walking distance to great pubs. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. There was a good shower and comfortable beds.

The noise from the street was disturbing at times.

Great location near bustling St Anne's Square with plenty of bars and restaurants. Plus, just a short walk to the shops for some retail therapy. Comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.

Parking can be a hassle and expensive if you're bringing a car. Limited amenities such as only one pillow per person and having to ask for more milk and towels.

I recently had a great stay at Ramada in Belfast. The hotel is in a good location and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and the food at the hotel's bar was very good. The staff were attentive and the service was excellent. The hotel is only a short walk from City Hall and it's also close to the Titanic Quarter. I will definitely be returning.

Arrived early but the Receptionist kindly kept our luggage. The room was modern, clean, and had great facilities. The breakfast buffet was delicious. we had a lovely stay at Ramada.

We loved the hotel's prime location, with everything in walking distance. It was close to the social centre, government buildings, Peace Wall, and shops in the town centre. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, offering us a late checkout and looking after our bags until we were ready to leave for the ferry. The parking at the nearby car park was convenient and reasonably priced. we had a fantastic experience.

As backpackers, we appreciated the hotel's central location, within walking distance of government buildings and the Peace Wall. The nearby restaurants, especially the Indian Restaurant, were excellent. We also appreciated the prompt service when we requested additional towels.

The staff from the receptionist to the housekeeping were incredibly friendly and immediately handled any request I made. The dining options were excellent too, with a restaurant and bar area offering a delicious continental breakfast and catering service available.
