The female quad room was excellent. Beds were incredibly comfortable with thoughtful design—each had a small shelf, two chargers, and a light. I loved the dimmable lights; they let me adjust brightness without waking anyone. The window seat offered a beautiful view of downtown, enhancing the room's aesthetic, though the noise from the streets was noticeable due to single-pane windows. The bathroom was gorgeous and clean, accessible yet private. Initially, there was a strange smell, but it faded quickly. Despite some minor quirks, the room offered great comfort for my three-night stay.

The ambiance and lobby were lovely; staff were helpful and security felt tight. the lack of tea provisions and malfunctioning motion sensors for the lights disrupted my stay significantly. While the location is convenient, the inconsistencies in room quality and noise levels can overshadow the positives. A good choice for some, but I won't be returning. Prepare wisely if you choose to stay here.

I had a fantastic experience exploring the vibrant downtown area with great places like Pershing Square and the Grammy Museum just a short walk away along with great bars and restaurants nearby like Shake Shack and The Golden Gopher making it easy to soak in the local vibe and catch some live music yet the room itself could use some updates for a better stay.

The location is amazing and very clean. The bathroom could use some small toiletries like body wash.

I loved the rooftop bar with its stunning views! The corner room was super spacious and had such a comfy bed. The friendly staff made my stay feel extra special!
