Loved the high-end facilities and renovated rooms. The rooftop was amazing, especially on sunny days. Great location, close to Wholefoods and CVS pharmacy.

Some noise from nearby bars and clubs, especially on the higher floors. Confusing lights and lack of clear instructions.

Great value for money! The hotel is located on a quiet one-way street right in the middle of downtown, close to the metro. Staff is amazing, and basic amenities are provided, including amazing coffee on hand. Bonus: breakfast included even for the shared bedroom!

The value for money at Freehand was excellent, with a beautiful room and comfortable bed. The location was perfect, right in the center of downtown, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The wooden structure of the rooms made my stay at this Bohemian Californian hostel very comfortable. I especially loved the personal shelf with a charger spot and light, perfect for charging my phone overnight. Despite some minor issues, overall I will recommend this hostel.

We had another amazing stay at Freehand! The staff is incredibly friendly and the atmosphere, interior, and location are perfect. Plus, we can't get enough of The Broken Shaker. It's always a pleasure to come back here.

I had a fantastic stay at Freehand! The downtown location was perfect for my needs. The rooftop pool had a great atmosphere, even though I couldn't swim due to the weather. The rooms were spotless and the coffee was excellent. The bar and restaurant options were also top-notch. The staff at check-in were really friendly and helpful.

We loved staying at this venue located in the heart of downtown and close to public transportation. The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the amenities provided were fantastic. The pool on the rooftop had an incredible view, and we enjoyed lounging on the comfortable sunbeds.

During my stay at the hotel, I was pleased to discover the trendy and great location of the property. The neighborhood offered a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of local dining options and shopping opportunities in downtown LA. The hotel's rooftop pool was a highlight, providing a relaxing spot to unwind and enjoy the sun.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was lovely, with floor-to-ceiling windows that provided plenty of natural light and a great view of the city. It had all the amenities we needed, including a fridge, safe, and plenty of outlets. The bed was comfy, and the spacious shower cubicle came with environmentally friendly soap and shampoo. The hotel facilities were great, with a rooftop bar and pool that allowed us to relax and enjoy the sun. The lobby had a nice café with excellent pastries in the morning. The location was perfect, with the hotel being a short walk from the metro station, providing easy access to various touristy places in the city. Additionally, there were lots of shops and restaurants nearby, including a fantastic Japanese village. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
