The staff was wonderful and helpful, with great views of the mountains and lake. The location is perfect with incredible views and unique architecture. The Great Hall and pub were enjoyable for drinks. The room had a comfortable bed and historically relevant furniture.

One of the highlights of this hotel is its enviable location right by a beautiful lake in the heart of Glacier National Park. The view from the huge windows is truly breathtaking, and it's a great spot to sit in the chairs provided and soak in the scenery. Additionally, the staff here are very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. The basic amenities in the rooms are satisfactory, and despite the lack of air conditioning, the rooms cool off nicely thanks to the refreshing breeze. Lastly, the breakfast in the dining room is a pleasant start to the day, offering a variety of options to fuel up before heading out for a hike.

The only minor letdown was the breakfast in the hotel's dining room. While the options were plentiful, the quality of the food was not up to par.

We loved the historic charm and ambiance of the hotel. The corner room on the fourth floor was spacious and comfortable. The beds ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel's location offered exceptional views of the sunrise and sunset. The renovated bathrooms were clean and the WiFi reception was excellent. The hotel staff, especially the bell boys, were friendly and approachable. The high tea and restaurant food were excellent.

Celebrating our 43rd wedding anniversary, we had a delightful stay at Prince Of Wales Hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and even surprised us with champagne during our afternoon high tea. The charming and beautiful building is in a fantastic location, and the friendly and helpful staff, many of whom appeared to be university students, made our stay all the more enjoyable. Our 8-year-old particularly loved the afternoon tea, and the view from the lounge and restaurant was splendid.

Delicious Afternoon Tea with Breathtaking View

During our family trip, we couldn't stay at this hotel due to our family size, but we couldn't resist trying their famous afternoon tea. And let me tell you, it was absolutely lovely! The tea was as expected, but what truly took our breath away was the jaw-dropping view from the dining room. Sitting there, enjoying our scones with delicious Saskatoon Berry jam while marveling at the stunning surroundings was a real treat. We also took the time to explore the charming hotel, which had the best view in the entire park. Although it may not have been our first choice for lodging, it's definitely a must-visit for afternoon tea.
