As a group of friends, we loved the abundance of swimming pools, the fun aqua park, and the convenient golf car transportation around the resort. The restaurants and bars were also top-notch, and we enjoyed the night events and the pier for leisurely walks by the sea.

We felt incredibly welcomed during our stay, and we have no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel is fantastic! It's located right on the beach, with beautiful gardens and pools. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and full minibars. And the breakfast buffet has incredibly good food, with fresh salads, soup, meat, and seafood.

All was perfect, couldn't have asked for more.

Loved the relaxing atmosphere and variety of activities. We had a small issue with the shower flooding, but the staff quickly resolved it. we highly recommend Rixos for a great family vacation.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The check-in manager and Mr Assem were exceptional in handling our upgrade and ensuring our needs were met. The housekeeping staff were efficient and attentive. The variety of food and restaurants exceeded expectations, with options to suit all tastes. The complementary breakfast was nice and the shuttle service to the airport was helpful. The location was convenient since it was close to the convention center.

The room had a really bad smell and the air conditioning didn't work properly, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

We loved staying at this place! The location is great and not too far from the airport. We enjoyed having beach access and being on the seafront. The room service was excellent, and we appreciated the helpfulness of the bell staff/porter, housekeeping, and dry cleaning services. There were also plenty of shops/commercial services and laundry options. We did some tours and appreciated the shuttle service, which was paid but very convenient. Our welcome drink was a nice touch, and we found the staff from all areas to be very friendly and hospitable.

We recommend this hotel to everyone.

Our stay at the hotel was a satisfying experience. The location was great, very close to the beautiful coral reef with hundreds of colourful fishes and the new aquaventure park, which looked super. The service was excellent, and the staff was attentive. The breakfast buffet had a variety of food options. The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were clean with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the activities in the hotel, including the gym and Rixy club for kids.

Friendly staff, beautiful and spacious rooms with perfect location. Great food options with many varieties available. Kids club is perfect for children and parents. The beach and snorkeling are enjoyable.

This hotel provided us with a luxurious and memorable stay. The exclusive amenities, especially the Spa & wellness centre and the Indoor swimming pool, were top-notch and exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable, and the staff was attentive to our every need. The Swimming pool and the Outdoor swimming pool were well-maintained, and the Jacuzzi provided us with a relaxing experience. The Beach access was convenient, and we enjoyed the Beachfront location with its Sun terrace and Sun loungers. The entertainment provided by the Night club and Live entertainment was excellent, and the Massage services were top-quality.

We only experienced one minor issue at this hotel during our stay. The Full body massage service was expensive and not included in the room advantages, making it less accessible for some guests.

our stay at rixos was incredible! the upgraded room with a semi-private pool was worth every penny. the friendly and efficient staff, amazing spa, and wonderful pool and beach facilities made this trip unforgettable. kudos to the bartenders, waiters, and spa staff who went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience.

Poolside noise was a letdown.
