I had an amazing stay at La Terraza De. the location was perfect, within walking distance of Old San Juan. the staff was incredibly helpful and spoke English well. They provided great recommendations for dining and shopping. I was upgraded to a stunning suite with a beautiful harbor view. the hotel had a fantastic bar and a rooftop terrace with a small pool. the room had a modern yet true to the original feel, and the bed was the best I've ever slept on in a hotel. I highly recommend La Terraza De for a great stay in Puerto Rico.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful and charming historic hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and we were even treated to a nice glass of prosecco upon arrival. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was hands down the best we've ever experienced in the Caribbean. The location was ideal, as it was close to the main center but tucked away from the busy Main Street, so we didn't have to deal with all the cruise ship tourists. Plus, there were plenty of bars and restaurants just a stone's throw away. We truly got a taste of Old San Juan at its best.

High ceilings, beautiful wood shutters, painted walls, gorgeous old world meets modern aesthetic. Amazing rooftop terrace for evening relaxation. Delicious continental and made-to-order breakfast with smooth coffee. Attentive and helpful staff, safe location.

Located in the heart of Old San Juan, this hotel puts you right in the middle of the action. Just off the Main Street, you'll find yourself surrounded by the charm and history of this vibrant area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and fantastic views from the rooftop terrace. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Plus, the complimentary drinks upon arrival are a nice touch.

The breakfast service could use improvement, as it can be slow and lacking in healthy options.

We had such a great time at this hotel! The building had a beautiful old charm mixed with modern touches that we loved. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us a map of must-do activities in the area. Our room was impressive and had a great vibe. The rooftop views were unbeatable, even though the pool was small. We highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again when visiting. Just be aware of the high taxi fees in the area.

I stayed at a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town, very close to all the sites. The location couldn't be any better, in a nice quiet street but walking distance to everything. The room was nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The rooftop and plunge pool offered great views of the city and harbor. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were grocery stores just down the street and the balcony was a great place to sit and enjoy the sounds of the neighborhood.

The coffee in the morning was inconsistent and there was no coffee maker or kettle in the room.

Great central location, helpful staff, spacious rooms with washer/dryer and kitchen, nice view from terrace.

We had an incredible stay at a charming boutique hotel in a fantastic location. The deluxe suite was spacious and beautifully decorated with high ceilings and a large kitchen. The front desk provided us with a map and excellent recommendations for nearby bars and restaurants. We loved spending time on the rooftop deck, soaking in the pool and enjoying the sun. we would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an authentic and enjoyable experience.

The hotel had a lovely rooftop terrace with amazing views of the city. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the evening. the room I stayed in had a beautiful view and a comfortable bed. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, as it was within walking distance of all the attractions in the city.

The bathroom was in poor condition and there were problems with the hot water, which led to a very uncomfortable shower experience. Additionally, the room had some maintenance issues and was not well-maintained.

The garden suite at La Terraza De was incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms and a private outdoor courtyard. We loved being able to relax and listen to our favorite music on the iPod docking station. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay.
