The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for my needs during my business trip. the location was also great, with easy access to restaurants and bars in the area. Additionally, the fast internet was a major plus for getting work done efficiently.

The constant noise from room service in the neighboring room was incredibly disruptive. It started as early as 6am and went on until 1pm, making it difficult to concentrate or get any rest.

We also found it convenient that the nearest subway station was just a couple of blocks away.

The facilities at this hotel were top-notch, with a stylish lobby, a great car service, and a lovely terrace. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was spacious with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. As a disabled traveler, I appreciated the wide bathtub and the excellent water flow in the shower. The windows effectively blocked out any street noise, but I could still open them for some fresh air. The front desk staff were also very helpful and competent, making my overall experience at the hotel a positive one.

One major issue was the noise from the heating and air conditioning system in the room, which was disruptive and even startling at times. Another disappointment was the lack of clear communication regarding the pool hours, with conflicting information provided by different staff members.

An Amazing Stay in Midtown NYC!

We had an extraordinary time at a hotel in Midtown NYC. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to everything we wanted to explore. The hotel staff, including the bellman, were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The suite we stayed in was luxurious and spacious, with separate balconies offering breathtaking views of the city. The rooftop heated pool, with its close-up view of the Empire State Building, was a highlight of our stay. The concierge was also very helpful in finding us an affordable car service for our trip back to the airport. our experience at this hotel was amazing, and we highly recommend it.

Great location, 2 min to subway, easy walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff, always happy. Awesome rooftop bar, cool cocktails and good food with view of the Empire State Building. Massive rooms, double the size of most. Plenty of space to unpack and store. Highly recommended hotel.

The upgraded room with a kitchenette was perfect for us, even though we didn't end up using it. The room was incredibly clean and quiet despite the construction nearby. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel's location was excellent. We were thrilled to find out that they had karaoke nights and a small casino on-site, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We felt immediately at home and had no complaints at all.

Stayed at Royalton Park Avenue for a week and was pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms and separate shower and bathtub. Great location with subway options nearby. Comfy beds and pillows. Loved the l'occitane bath products. Service was generally decent, although housekeeping could be more thorough at times. Appreciated the complimentary wine.

The rooftop lounge was cool with amazing food and cocktails. Rooms were a great size. Front desk was quick to attend to requests. Decor, ambiance, service and location were top-notch.

The staff at the hotel were amazing and really made our stay enjoyable. They were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was also great, with lots of attractions and landmarks nearby. We were able to easily explore the city and visit all the sights we wanted to see. Additionally, the rooms were beautiful and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.

There were a couple of things that were disappointing. the pool was advertised as heated year-round, but it was not warm enough to swim in during our stay.

We were blown away by the beautiful lobby and the warm welcome we received upon check-in. The rooftop pool was definitely the highlight of our stay, with amazing views of the city skyline. Though we had some issues with pool hours and noise from construction, the comfortable beds and great location made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel.
