The room at Wingate by Wyndham Altoona was just what I needed - spacious, with a comfy bed, a big flat-screen TV, and all the amenities I could ask for. As someone who loves a good night's sleep and a bit of TV time, this room made me feel right at home.

The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the lack of a bathtub, but I know not everyone is into that.

We absolutely loved staying at this place! The hotel’s location in the heart of downtown made everything so convenient for us. The room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping were impeccable. The staff members were very professional and welcoming and even gave us a welcome drink upon arrival. Our room came with great amenities such as an ironing board, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The leisure facilities were fantastic with an indoor swimming pool and sun loungers. We were amazed by the free Wi-Fi and the outstanding continental breakfast which definitely gave us the energy we needed for the day.
