Great location! The amenities were fun, especially the giant outdoor chess set and our private balcony. The sauna was a lovely touch after skiing.

The TV had about as many channels as a potato, and charging my phone felt like I was stuck in the '90s. A bit of an electrical upgrade would be fab!

the outdoor BBQ area is a nice touch for summer. only one hot tub available.

Consider attending the Thursday evening wine tasting for a lovely way to socialize and relax after a day on the slopes.

Y’all, the free shuttle to the gondola was a game changer! The staff were just the kindest folks and that sauna? Pure heaven after a long day of skiing. And don’t get me started on the comfy sofa bed. Left feelin’ mighty satisfied with my stay!

The access to sledding right at the hotel and proximity to Palisades were huge bonuses. While the amenities were enjoyable, only one hot tub was open during the stay, which was a minor letdown.
